摘    要:为解决95%乙醇浸出大豆油工艺中的几个难点,探索了新的油料预处理方法。将自然水分的大豆粉碎至20mesh,在1400-180℃下烘20-30min,浸出效率明显提高,溶剂比为2.5:1时,油脂质量分数18%的大豆浸出残油率为0.6%。而且油料预烘温度对浸出混合油中的磷脂含量及粕中溶剂的回收均有明显的影响,大豆经180℃预处理,混合油中磷脂质量分数为0.186%,回收后粕中乙醇残留量仅0.45%。研究的大豆预处理新工艺十分有利于用95%乙醇浸出时提高浸出效率,降低磷脂的浸出量和粕对乙醇的吸附。

Abstract:The strategy and procedure for integration of synthesis and control of heat exchanger networks with no-splitting are proposed, and the simultaneous optimal mathematical model is established too. Through iterative method, the optimal structure of heat exchanger networks with the requirement of structural controllability is achieved automatically. The method presented in this paper makes the integration research of synthesis and control of heat exchanger networks developed from heuristic to mathematical programming and from theoretic to practicability. This method can be practically used in the integration of large scale heat exchanger networks synthesis with no-splitting and its control. A case study demonstrates the effectiveness and foreground of practicality of the method proposed in this paper.
