电除尘控制系统的设计与应用

摘    要:结合2个火电工程电除尘器控制系统的开发设计,提出了采用串行口-以太网智能转换器组成双机冗余容错系统,使主机快速通过工业以太网。将除尘器作为一个有机的整体,以出口烟尘检测信号为依据,最佳除尘效率为目标,利用专家知识库,设计了振打最优化、能量管理自动化、反电晕检测的控制方案。实际应用表明,该方案开发周期短、成本低、可靠性高,实现了除尘器的最优运行,可应用于对电除尘器控制有较高要求的大型燃煤电厂。

Abstract:Combined with developing design of control system for electrostatic precipitator(EP) in two pojects of thermal power plants,a double machine redundant faut-tolerant system consisted of ethernet intelligent converters adopting serial ports has been put forward,making the host computer to get rapidly through the industrial ethernet and to take EP as an organic entity.On the basis of outlet smoke detecting signal and with goal of optimal efficiency for dust removal,taking advantages of expert knowledge base,the optimization of rapping,automation of energy management,and the control system scheme of back corona detection have been realized.Practical application shows that this scheme has short developing period,low cost,high reliability,and can make the EP to optimize its operation;The said scheme can be used for large-scale coal-fired power plants,which have comparatively high requirements for EP control.
