| Abstract: | There exist with the management of lmplementation of Urban planning at county level such problems as lagging behind of the planning implementation and loss of overall urban functions, etc. Therefore it is necessary to study the urban planning with advanced theoretical approach and systematic approach and implement strictly the approved plan and perfect the guarantee system for implementation of urban planning and planning system. |
