超高碱值烷基水杨酸镁盐的制备与性能研究

摘    要:介绍了一种碱值达400mgKOH/g的烷基水杨酸镁盐润滑油添加剂的制备过程及其各项性能。实验中重点考察了不同因素对超高碱值烷基水杨酸镁盐制备过程的影响;并采用红外光谱等方法考察了该产品的胶体稳定性及添加剂中碱性组分碳酸盐的晶型结构;通过冷冻蚀刻电镜法观察了含碳酸盐的胶体粒子结构及粒度分布情况;应用凸轮挺柱、四球试验机等考察了超高碱值烷基水杨酸镁盐产品的极压抗磨性能。结果表明,添加剂中胶体粒子的结构是影响产品性能的重要因素,胶体粒子的粒径越小,粒子分布越均匀,其胶体稳定性、抗磨损性能越好,产品的高温清净性等也均有明显改善。

Abstract:The preparation and properties of a lube oil additive, the super overbased magnesium alkylsalicylate, having a base number of 400 mgKOH/g was introduced. The factors influencing the preparing process were focused. The micelle stability and the structure of the carbonate in the additive were studied by infrared absorption methods. Freeze etching replication and electron microscopic observation methods were applied to measure the diameters and the distribution of the carbonate containing micelles. Four ball machine and cam tests were used to investigate the extreme pressure anti wear performance of the additive. The research results showed that the micelle structure of the additive had an important influence on its performance. The smaller the micelle diameter and the even the particle distribution resulted in better performance of micelle stability and anti wear ability, and the high temperature detergency was improved as well.
