| 摘 要： | The HI-13 Tandem Accelerator Upgrading Project, also known as Beijing Radioactive Ion-beam Facility （BRIF）, is an important construction project in the country. The year of 2005 is a very significant year for the project preliminary design. During this year, the preliminary design would be completed basically, and the preparation for the design evaluation and the architecture construct were also initiated in the same time.
