摘    要:采用等离子轰击扩渗钛、氮、碳技术处理制碱工业设备中的一些易损件 ,经现场实验 ,初见成效。特别是以钛作为触媒催化和共渗剂 ,不但明显地提高了零件的耐磨性 ,而且耐蚀性也得到改善

Abstract:By field experiments, the technique of infiltration of titanium, nitrogen and carbon by plasma bombardment has proved effective in treatment of some wearing parts in soda manufacturing equipment. Especially, by adopting titanium as the catalyst and co-infiltrating agent, both wear resistance and corrosion resistance are improved.
