加硼冷硬铸铁的电子显微分析

摘    要:本文对加硼冷硬铸铁的电子衍射图,用尝试校核法确定了所形成的物相,又用IBM—PC微型机IBM—FORTRAN语言编的IBMHKL程序对电子衍射图进行了指数标定和物相鉴定,两种方法互相对照,印证了所确定的物相的可靠性,分析了加硼冷硬铸铁得到强化的原因。所编的IBMHKL程序可与5种点阵6种晶系的任何单晶物相进行比较校核,进行指数标定和物相鉴定,适用性大。

Abstract:The phases formed in chilled boron cast irons were determined with electron diffraction spot patterns by a try-check method. The determination of index numbers and the identification of phases were also made with the IBMHKL program in IBM-FORTRAN Language in a IBM-PC microcomputer.The comparison of these two methods confirmed the reliability of phase determination.The reason for the strengthen of chilled boron cast irons was also analysed. The IBMHKL program can be used to compare and check with 5 types of lattices and 6 kinds of crystal systems,determine index numbers and identify phases.
