| 摘 要： | 分析了自动轧管机主传动系统扭转振动、横向振动和齿轮振动间的耦台关系，建立了结构耦合振动方程。通过对方程的讨论，找到了该机的动力学缺陷，指出了解决的途径。

| Abstract: | Measuring the serious vibration troubles happened to a automill, the dynamic behaviour of torsional, transverse and gear vibration system about the mill is analyzed,and the problem about coupled vibration on structure is presented and the equation ofcoupled vibration is established, in which is shown that there are some dynamic faults ofthe mills' drive system. Some proposals to prevent such faults happening again are putforward. |
