电机检测快速安装试验台轨迹研究

摘    要:介绍了一种三自由度可移动的电机检测快速安装试验台的技术特点,对安装台的中心轨迹移动进行了研究。经过不确定度分析证明,这种基于数控式的安装平台,移动速度快,轨迹的移动较短,平台定位较为准确。针对于小功率电动机的检测可以快速提高安装速度和安装精度,具有一定的推广价值。

Abstract:A three free degree motor celerity installation testbed is introduced in the paper. According to the specialty of the testbed,the track of testbed center is researched. The numerical control testbed move with a higer speed,and the move space is shorter than traditional test system. The test of small-power motor can improve install speed and efficiency,which has a certain value to spreed.
