超临界C12A喷嘴室铸造工艺研究

摘    要:通过对冒口、型砂、冶炼、热处理、缺陷处理等方面进行工艺论证,对C12A喷嘴室铸件的铸造工艺进行研究。利用华铸CAE软件,对工艺方案进行数值模拟研究,优化工艺方案,结合生产实践,掌握该产品的铸造性能,为开发汽轮机铸件市场积累了生产经验和数据。

Abstract:Casting process of C12A nozzle chamber casting was studied by process demonstration of riser,molding sand,melting,heat treatment,defect treatment etc.,Combining and researching with optimizing process of numerical simulation by Huazhu CAE,casting properties of the production are mastered. Much production experience and data of developing markets of steam turbine are accumulated2].
