基于ANSYS的制动盘模态分析

摘    要:制动盘作为盘式制动器的关键部件,在制动过程中发生的振动对其工作性能有较大的影响,为了准确把握其振动性能特性,采用有限元方法建立制动盘部件有限元模型,并对其进行自由模态分析和约束模态分析,研究得到了制动盘前六阶固有频率和振型,并确定了制动盘的薄弱模态,研究结果为制动盘的选材和设计提供了一定的理论参考。

Abstract:Brake disc is the key component of disc brake,which vibration during braking has a greater impact on its performance. In order to accurately grasp the vibration performance characteristics,the finite element model of brake disc is established by finite element method,and its freedom and constraint modal analysis are studied. The results get in the front of six natural frequencies and mode shapes of brake disc,and the weak modal of brake disc is identified and provide a theoretical reference for material selection and design of the brake disc.
