基于液压杠杆法的制动器静态制动力矩试验台设计

摘    要:通过对JB/T6406-2006《电力液压鼓式制动器》和JB/T10917-2008《钳盘式制动器》等有关标准的研究,总结了工业制动器静态制动力矩测试的基本要求。分析静态制动力矩的砝码法、液压杠杆法和电流法及其特点和区别。结合IBT110-500工业制动器综合性能试验台的静态制动力矩试验台架的设计实例,从测试原理、液压系统、机械结构、安全防护等方面进行了具体设计。

Abstract:By researching on JB/T6406-2006 electro-hydraulic drum brakes and JB/T10917-2008 caliper brakes and other relevant standards, the static braking torque testing basic requirements of industrial brakes are summarized.The different characteristics of static braking torque test method from the weight method, hydraulic-levers method and current method are analysed.Combining with the development of IBT 110-500 industrial brakes comprehensive performance test-bed, static bra-king torque test bed are designed, and the test principle, hydraulic systems, mechanical structure, mechanical structure, se-curity and other aspects are specificly designed.
