基于 ANSYS Workbench的微耕机旋耕刀有限元分析

摘    要:以微耕机旋耕刀为研究对象,运用Pro/E软件建立了旋耕刀的三维模型,基于ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对旋耕刀进行了应力、变形、应变分析。分析结果表明:旋耕刀总变形最大处在旋耕刀的正切部,表明正切部刚度最差;旋耕刀最大应力与应变区域在刀柄与刀背连接处,与实际工作过程中旋耕刀断裂处一致,验证了有限元分析的可靠性,为旋耕刀的进一步优化设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Taking the rotary blade of the mini-tiller as study objects, three-dimensional model of the rotary blade has been created by means of Pro/E software, also stress,deformation and strain of the rotary blade are conducted based on finite ele-ment analysis software ANSYS Workbench .The results show that the maximum deformation occurs at the tangent part of the rotary blade,it shows that the tangent part is the poorest, and the maximum stress occurs at the conjunction of the shank and black, which is consistent with the breakpoint of the rotary blade in the process of practical work, reliability of the finite ele-ment analysis is verified.This research provides theoretical basis for the further design optimization of the rotary blade.
