摘    要:某电动机构在正常工作下,工作时间在3000 h内就有5%的机构出现故障,远未达到设计寿命。故障现象为采用高强度钢制的制动圆柱销和电机轴断裂。针对该问题,从零件强度的角度对其进行了受力分析和计算,并且用Ansys软件进行应力分析,得出圆柱销在退刀槽处的应力超出了许用应力,从而导致断裂。当圆柱销断裂后,失去定位的制动盘摩擦和挤压电机轴,最终导致电机轴的断裂。最后,根据分析结果,给出了相应的建议。

Abstract:Under the normal working time within 3000 hours,about 5% of an electric mechanism failure happened,that is far below design life. The failure phenomenon is that braking cylindrical pin and motor shaft fracture which are made by high strength steel. For this problem,force analysis and calculation are made from the aspects of parts strength,and force analysis is done by ANSYS software,it is got that the cylindrical pin is less than allowable stress and causing fracture in the groove. After the cylindrical pin fracturing,brake disc friction position has lost,which leads to motor shaft,eventually led to the motor shaft fracture. Finally,according to the analysis result,the corresponding proposal is given.
