基于Solid Works的双摆杆摆角放大机构运动仿真分析

摘    要:利用SolidWorks软件对双摆杆摆角放大机构进行了三维实体建模及装配,并运用Motion模块对其进行了运动仿真分析,得到了双摆杆摆角放大机构的角位移、角速度、角加速度随时间的变化曲线。运用SolidWorks 进行机构运动分析,可使整个分析过程在精确、高效的基础上更加形象、生动,消除了传统设计中的许多弊端。

Abstract:The 3D solid model and assembly of double pendulum rod angel amplification mechanism are made by using Solid-Works.According to simulation analysis of the mechanism by using motion module of SolidWorks, the varying curves with time of the output pendulum rod′s angular displacement, angular velocity and angular acceleration are given out.It makes the whole analysis process more vivid and lively on the basis of accurate and efficiency by the use of SolidWorks to the kinematic analysis of mechanism.This method eliminates many disadvantages in the traditional design.
