电机综合性能测试系统的研究与设计

摘    要:针对直流电机的检验,设计一套电机综合性能测试平台,实现对电机性能测试过程的控制,测试数据的处理,该电机综合性能测试平台采用主从式结构,以PC机作为上位机,C8051 F020单片机作为下位机。测试平台采用PWM技术可实现测试的自动,采用TL494和NE555芯片得到脉冲信号,可分别控制电机的电枢电压和磁粉制动器的输入电压,实现电机运行状态的控制。

Abstract:A motor performance test platform for DC motor is designed, the control system for the motor performance testing process, the processing of test data are implemented.The motor performance test platform adopts master-slave structure, with PC as upper machine, the C8051F020 microcontroller as a under machine.Test platform using PWM technology can realize automatic test, obtained by TL494 and NE555 chips pulse signal, the control of the motor armature voltage and input voltage of magnetic powder brake and the control of the motor running state are realized.
