航空螺旋桨应力遥测系统研制与应用

摘    要:航空螺旋桨应力测量一直是螺旋桨适航取证和飞行试验必须完成的科目之一。实现螺旋桨应力测量的核心技术和关键设备就是螺旋桨应力遥测系统(PSMS)。介绍了自主研发的 PSMS-1螺旋桨应力遥测系统的原理,部件组成,研制过程及相关实验,并说明了其在实际中的应用效果。

Abstract:Stress measurement is an important part of airworthiness certification and flight test for propeller. The core technolo-gy and instrument is Propeller Stress Measurement System(PSMS). An stress measurement system (called PSMS-1) invented by CFTE is introduced which including its basic principle, components, research procedure, tests and application. The PSMS-1 fill up national blanks, make us break through key technologies,and have a good application foreground.
