| 摘 要： | 通过建立混凝土泵车发动机燃油消耗率模型和分析确定动力系统节能匹配策略,得到混凝土泵车的一种节能控制系统,应用该节能系统后的泵车发动机能与负载保持良好的匹配,使发动机始终在最佳工作点或最佳工作区运行,平均节油达20%以上。

| Abstract: | In this paper,through the establishment of consumption rate model and analysis of energy saving in the power system matching engine fuel truck mounted concrete pump,an energy-saving control system of concrete pump truck is designed,using the energy saving system of pump engine could maintain good matching to load of the engine and always work in the best spot or the best work area which average fuel is saved more than 20%. |
