| 摘 要： | 自动隔膜压滤机的维护主要是对其液压系统、传动系统的维护，也就是对液压油、润滑脂、液压件、传动部件的维护。通过定期对自动隔膜压滤机的拉板机构、传动链条、液压元件等部件检查维护，采取了相应措施防止液压油温度过高、空气混入、污染，保证液压油清洁、油质稳定，保持自动隔膜压滤机状态完好，设备能长周期稳定经济运行。

| Abstract: | The maintenance of automatic diaphragm filter press is mainly for the maintenance of the hydraulic system, trans-mission system, which is of hydraulic oil, grease, maintenance of the hydraulic parts, transmission parts.Through the regular inspection maintenance of automatic diaphragm filter press plate mechanism, drive chain, hydraulic components and other parts,the measures are taken to prevent the high hydraulic oil temperature, air mixed, pollution, which can guarantee the cleaning of hydraulic oil,stability of hydraulic oil and the maintenance of automatic diaphragm filter press state in good condi-tion, the equipment can operate steadly for a long period. |
