摘    要:针对搪瓷反应釜加工氯化铵过程中存在内盘管泄露、污染产品和危险系数高等问题,研究了搪瓷反应釜的工作特点、技术规范、适宜环境等,结合其工艺参数、结构组成、材料特性,认定了泄露位置,分析了造成内盘管泄露的原因,采用把反应釜法兰连接设置在体外,反应釜材料采用复合钛材质,盘管的进口管路与釜壁固定,整体结构改为12组等换热面积的盘管组等措施。结果证明改进后的设备运行平稳,改进后1年内未发生泄露事故。

Abstract:Facing the questions including inside tube leakage of reaction kettle,pollution of ammonium chloride products and higher danger coefficient, the working characteristics technical specification, suitable for the environment, etc., of the enamel reactor are studied.The leak locations are decided by means of its technical parameters, structure, material properties.The leakage reason of the inside tube are analyzed .A series of steps including flange connection of the reaction kettle are set out-door, material with composite titanium material are adopted in reaction kettle, coil inlet piping and tank wall are fixed, the o-verall structure is changed to 12 groups and other measures such as heat transfer area of the coil group.These results show that the improved equipments are running smoothly, the accidents of leakage are not happened until more than one year.
