基于道路模拟的摩托车车架疲劳寿命分析

摘    要:以实测的载荷谱为基础,运用有限元分析软件和道路模拟试验技术建立了某摩托车车架的仿真模型。利用名义应力法对车架进行了疲劳寿命预估。将疲劳寿命的仿真结果与试验值进行对比,发现两者具有高度的一致性,从而证明基于道路模拟的疲劳寿命仿真试验可以实现对关键零部件疲劳寿命的有效预估。

Virtual Test of Fatigue Life for Motorcycle Durability Based on Road Simulation

Abstract:At first, dynamic simulation model of motorcycle is built through finite element software and road simulation test technology based on load spectrum. Then fatigue life is predicted using the nominal stress method. At last, compared the fa-tigue life of simulation with the experimental result, we can find the consistency between them, which can prove the effective estimates for key component's fatigue life of virtual simulation test based on the real vehicle test data.
