| 摘 要： | 研究了不同的填充油和用量对ＳＢＳ物理机械性能的影响，并对影响充油ＳＢＳ光稳定性的因素做了初步探讨。结果表明，填充油以石蜡油和环烷油为好，充油量在５０份（质量份）以内增加时，ＳＢＳ的扯断伸长率、熔体流动指数增大，拉伸强度、３００％定伸应力、邵尔Ｓ型硬度和永久变形下降。随着填充油重常数的增加。ＳＢＳ的拉伸强度和邵尔Ａ型硬度增加。当其芳烃质量分数大于６％时，ＳＢＳ的强度损失较大，也易变黄。

| Abstract: | The effects of different extender oils and different extender oil contents on the mechanical of SBS were investigated. The factors affecting the light stability of SBS were discussed. The results showed that the elongation at break and MI of SBS increased and the tensile strength, modulus at 300%,Shore A hardness and permanent set decreased with the increase of oil content. The tensile strength and Shore A hardness increased with the increase of viscosity gravity constant. When aromatic content was more than 6%,the tensile strength of SBS decreased and SBS was easy to turn yellow. |
