| 摘 要： | 近年来,高层建筑中混凝土结构地下室被广泛采用,由于多方面的原因,地下室外墙部位裂缝、渗漏现象比较普遍,严重影响建筑的正常使用,并造成结构安全隐患.基于工程实践经验,总结了地下室外墙裂缝的主要特征,从设计、施工、材料3个方面分析了混凝土地下室外墙开裂的主要原因,并提出了针对性的预防措施.

| Abstract: | It is quite common to construct concrete basement in high-rise building at present.Due to various factors,the phenomena of wall fissure and seepage become very common on the basement exterior wall.It affects a normal use of building and causes a potential safety hazard in structures.Based on several years' practical experience in engineering,the paper analyzes the primary characteristics and the main cracked reasons of the crack on basement exterior wall in the respect of design,construction and materials.Further more,the suggested measures for improvement are given in the paper. |
