| 摘 要： | 随着计算机与信息技术的发展，地理信息系统(GIS)已经成为土地资源管理中一个最有利的工具。由于GIS技术与传统数据管理技术的差别，在数据处理和应用的过程中都会遇到一些特殊的问题。本文在总结国内外GIS技术在资源管理方面所做的经济技术合理性分析的基础上，结合作者在初步建立新疆麦盖提县土地利用GIS系统中的经验与体会，分析了土地利用数据矢量化过程中的问题，同时对数据的输入的效率进行了初步分析。

| Abstract: | The application of GIS technology in land management has become a common practice at current time. Due to the differences in data collection and management from the conventional tools, there are several problems in both data processing and application. Based on the process of establishing a primary land-use GIS for a county in Xinjiang, some technical and economic factors that may affect the future application of the system are discussed here. |
