电感式传感器测试系统及其修正系数分析

摘    要:以模拟量式电感传感器为依托,建立新型测试系统,完成对传感器的标定。通过Matlab实现的数据处理与分析表明,该测试系统测量精度高、抗干扰能力强。将其应用于对不同材料试件的检测,求出相对于St37的修正系数,从而使该测试系统具有很强的实用价值。

Abstract:Based on the simulation of eddy current transducer, we formulated a new testing system and completed the calibration of the sensor. Data processing and analysis by Matlab showed that this system has a high precision and a strong anti-interference ability. Its application into the detection of different materials helped to gain the correction coefficient in respect to St37, which made it possible to apply the system into a wide range of areas.
