摘    要:以矿用大型采煤输送机1340刮煤板的国产化锻造为研究对象,介绍了1340大型刮煤板铸锻复合塑性成形工艺研究的有关内容。该工艺确保了零件的形状、尺寸和质量,实现了使用性能、工艺性能和经济性的有机统一,获得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Take 1340 large coal-scraping plate of mining coal conveyor as study object, the composite casting and forging hot forming process has been researched. This process can ensure the parts shape, size and quality, achieve the organic unity between the operational characteristic, process characteristic and economical efficiency, and obtain signif- icant economic and social benefits.
