| 摘 要： | 研究模糊PID控制器在注塑机料桶加热器中的应用。通过Matlab对常规PID控制、模糊控制、模糊PID控制料桶加热器的3种方案进行仿真、比较与研究,确定了最优的模糊PID控制方案。此方案在实际系统中得到了验证,达到了快速升温、超调小和稳态无误差的要求。

| Abstract: | Application of fuzzy PID controller to the feeding trough heater of injection molding machine was studied in this paper.Matlab was adopted to carry on simulation and comparison of the conventional PID control,fuzzy control,and fuzzy PID control of feeding trough heater.The optimal fuzzy PID control plan was determined.As verified in the actual system,the plan meets all the requirements with fast elevation of temperature,small modulation,high stability and no errors. |
