摘    要:在大量室内外试验的基础上探讨了玻璃纤维增强混凝土(简称GRC)的强度、透渗性、耐久性、可施工性和GRC与开炸岩石粘连性的解决方法。提出利用喷射短玻璃纤维增强水泥混凝土,沿开炸石渠凹凸不平的石壁裂隙喷射一层约1cm厚的GRC防渗层,形成随被处理面起伏的簿壁结构,将渠床上的裂隙全部封闭,堵塞渗水通道,以起到防渗堵漏的目的。并通过对实例的总结,论证了GRC材料性能对渠道防渗的适用性和施工工艺方法的可行性,解决了GRC防渗材料与开炸石渠岩体的粘合问题,经三年半的工程考验,未出现任何起壳或脱落现象,产生了较大的社会和经济效益。

Abstract:The strength, permeability, durability and constructability of GRC and resolution to sticking GRC and splitted stone are probed in the paper through indoor and outdoor experiments. Spraying GRC layer about 1cm thick on the crack of uneven stonewall of splitted stone canal for forming a thin layer undulating with surface is a way to block up leakage. Thus, all the cracks on canal bed have been sealed and leakage paths blocked up. Through concluding the examples, GRC has been proved to be a suitable material to control seepage of stone canal and a practical way for the construction, also the problem of sticking GRC and stone of stone canal has been resolved. No shell turning and falling off has appeared in the examples for three and a half years, which has brought obvious social and economic effects.
