基于慧鱼技术和PLC控制的电梯教学模型设计

摘    要:以三菱FX2 N-32MR PLC为主控制器,结合慧鱼模型,采用集选控制的方式组装了一套多层电梯模型。通过程序的设计与调试解决了以下问题:开机自恢复控制;定向和平层控制;外召唤信号控制;急停控制;报警控制;指示与报警灯控制。该设备可直接用于课堂教学,亦可作为PLC课程的实验教学设备和项目,具有较好的推广价值。

Abstract:This paper introduced a frequency conversion adjusting speed multilayer elevator control system, that adopted collective selective control method based on FX2N-32MR PLC host controller and fischertechnik. The program of the system resolved Power-on Recovery control, directional and leveling control, outside call signal control; emergency stop control; alarm control; indication and alarm light control. The design can be used directly in the classroom, but also as an experimental teaching equipment PLC programs and projects, with good promotional value.
