柴油机曲轴柔性多体动力学仿真研究

摘    要:基于柔性多体系统动力学分析曲轴缸体系统运动,同时准确计算出曲轴与缸体间的作用力。轴系系统模型包括曲轴、缸体以及飞轮,所有部件均做柔性化处理,求出柴油机在不同工况下载荷的变化情况。研究结果表明,柔性多体系统动力学可以较好反应轴系系统动力学运动过程。

Abstract:A case study of simulating a flexible crankshaft and engine block system is used in order to know the accurate forces acting between crankshaft and engine block. The crankshaft, engine block and fly wheel are all included in the crankshaft system and all these parts are treated with Finite Element Method (FEM). Through the dynamics analysis, different engine loads are obtained with different engine operating conditions. The simulation result shows that the multi-body dynamic analysis of the flexible crankshaft system can describe the dynamics of crankshaft system well.
