预熔精炼渣钢水深脱硫实验研究

摘    要:在实验室条件下进行了预熔精炼渣熔化特性测定及钢水深脱硫实验研究。实验得出预熔精炼渣的熔化温度明显低于机械混合渣,脱硫效果优于机械混合渣,分析了预熔精炼碱度、渣指数MI、渣中CaF2及碳酸钠对脱硫的影响。

Abstract:The melting characteristic of premelted refining slag and deep desulfurization of molten steel are experimentally studied. The results show that the melting temperature of premelted refining slag is lower than that of the mechanically mixed refining slag, and the desulfurization effect of the premelted refining slag is also superior to that of the mechanically mixed ones. The effects of basicity, MI, the contents of CaF 2 and Na 2CO 3 in the premelted refining slag on desulfurization are analyzed.
