Reform of the Community in Industrial Area:Taking the Eighth block and the Ninth block in Honggangcheng as an Example

This paper takes Wuhan Honggangcheng Community as the research object, researching its current status. Analysis the value of historic preservation in the region and the need for reform. Proposed some feasibility of the transformation methods, aim to achieve continuity of the functions of the community and long-term economic value.
