WLD暂堵剂的研制及应用

摘    要:在堵水封窜作业中,如何保护非目的层不受污染,是施工成功与否的关键。新研制的WLD暂堵剂成胶后粘度在10 000 mPa·s以上,经过一段时间后破胶,粘度可降至200 mPa·s以下。室内岩心实验表明,经暂堵后,中低渗透率岩心可承压10 MPa以上,破胶后岩心渗透率恢复率大于85%。利用该技术与现有的封窜技术结合进行2口井现场试验,从试验结果看,控制了对非目的层的污染,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:During water plugging operation, the key factor of success is how to protect non-target zones from pollution. The viscosity of our developed WLD temporary blocking agent can reach 10000mPa. s after cementation, and decline to 200mPa. s after gelation. Indoor core testing indicates that cores of low and medium permeability can endure 10MPa pressure after temporary blocking, and core recovery rate is above 85% after gelation. Combining this technique with the current plugging technique, a field test is done in two wells. The result shows very good effect.
