钢渣胶凝体系下矿山充填料的流动性研究

摘    要:讨论了在无熟料钢渣胶凝材料体系下,矿山充填料流动性的主要影响因素。料浆流动性试验结果表明掺加粉煤灰能明显改善体系的流动性,在一定范围内浆体流动性随着粉煤灰掺量增大而增大,掺量为15%的粉煤灰流动度最高达到220 mm;矿渣对充填料浆体流动性的改善效果不如粉煤灰,但能提高充填体各龄期抗压强度;粗细颗粒级配合理的尾矿对流动性的改善有积极的作用,流动度能最多提高46.7%;料浆浓度对体系流动性和强度影响很大,73%浓度的充填料浆和易性好,流动度最高达到240 mm。

Abstract:Abstract The main factors for affecting the fluidity of filling material are analyzed under the slag cementitious system without clinker,The fluidity tests results show that the addition of fly ash can significantly improve the liquidity of the system. The slurry fluidity increases with the increase of fly ash content within a certain range. With the fly ash content of 15%,the slurry fluidity reaches maximum 220 mm; The slag has less improvement on the slurry liquidity effect than fly ash,but can improve the compressive strength of the filling body at each age; The tailings at appropriate grade have positive effect on liquidity with the increase of maximum 46.7%; The slurry concentration has a great impact on the liquidity and strength of the system. The slurry with concentration of 73% has a good workability and its fluidity is up to 240 mm maximum.
