我国碳纤维产业发展现状及建议

综述了国内外碳纤维生产及消费情况,碳纤维已发展成以美国为代表的大丝束碳纤维生产和以日本为代表的小丝束生产两大类;碳纤维的消费主要在北美、欧洲和亚洲(日本),主要应用在航空和国防、工业及体育休闲领域;我国碳纤维发展缓慢,产品品种及质量均不能满足需求,但消费量与日俱增;详述了上海石化碳纤维新材料开发的情况,与科研院校合作,整合了产学研的技术资源;提出了我国碳纤维发展的建议,指出应尽快制订我国碳纤维发展的整体规划,建立重点产业基地,发挥区域合作优势,并建立国家级或地区性的碳纤维及其复合材料的评价认证机构,以促进我国碳纤维的全面发展。

Development status and suggestion on China carbon fiber industry

The production and consumption situation of carbon fiber were reviewed in China and abroad.Carbon fiber industry typically comprised large-tow carbon fiber production in America and regular-tow carbon fiber production in Japan.The consumption of carbon fiber dominantly located in North America,Europe and Asia(Japan) in the fields of aerospace,national defense,industry,sports and leisure.The slow development of China carbon fiber industry can not satisfy the growing consumption both in product varieties and quality.The development of novel carbon fiber materials was described in details in Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited,who cooperates with scientific and research insitutes and integrates the technologyical resources in industry,universities and research institutions.Some suggestion was proposed on the development of China carbon fiber industry.It was pointed out that in order to stimulate the comprehensive development of China carbon fiber industry,the whole development plan of China carbon fiber industry be drawn as soon as possible key industry bases be built,the regional cooperation superiority be developed,national or regional evaluation and certificate authorities for carbon fibers and their composite material be established.
