摘    要:目前在对某型雷达电源单元的多种组成模块进行调试与测试过程中,由于用于测试的设备功能单一,在调试和测试时需要耗费大量的人力和物力,给工作带来极大的不便,因此为了更好地对某型雷达电源单元的各种模块进行调试与测试,利用MCU+CPLD设计了一种多功能测试平台.此自动测试平台利用在VC++环境下开发的上位机测试界面,不仅能够对被测模块进行控制、状态监测、故障诊断与隔离,而且能够通过提供多种信号资源来模拟对电源管理模块的功能和性能进行测试等功能.它还能通过简单的软件修改扩展更多的资源和功能.

Multi-Function Test Platform Applied to Radar Power Supply Unit
Abstract:In the process of current debugging and testing in different power management module of a certain type of radar,due to some test equipments with single function,thus a lot of manpower and material resources during debugging and testing are required,and great inconvenience for working is brought.Therefore,in order to carry out debugging and testing better in different power management module of a certain type of radar,MCU+CPLD is used to design a certain type of multi-function testing platform.By using the testing interface developed under the VC++ environment,this automatic test platform can not only complete controlling,status monitoring,fault diagnosis and isolation for being test module,but also provide some signal resources to analog functional and performance test for power management module.This platform can also extend more resources and functions outwardly through simple software modification.
