基于偏移度的电压无功功率控制原理与实现

摘    要:分析了目前电压无功控制存在的问题,提出了偏移度的物理概念和基于偏移度的电压无功控制原理。偏移度是一种定量衡量电力系统电压和无功综合运行情况的指标,其绝对值越小,系统电压和无功运行情况越好。基于偏移度的电压无功控制原理为:以偏移度绝对值减小为目标对系统的电压和无功进行调节控制。案例分析和仿真结果表明,基于偏移度的电压无功控制具有效率高、精度高和便于实现的特点。

Abstract:The existing problems of voltage and reactive power control theory are analyzed.The physical concept of offset degree and a new control principle of voltage and reactive power based on offset degree are proposed.Offset degrees are indexes to evaluate voltage and reactive power operations of power system.The smaller the absolute offset degree values, the better the system voltage and reactive power operation conditions are.The principle of voltage and reactive power control based on offset degree is to regulate and control the power system with a goal to reduce the absolute value of voltage and reactive power offset degrees.The results of case analysis and simulation show that the voltage and reactive power control based on offset degree has the advantages of high efficiency, high precision as well as great feasibility.
