摘    要:导弹特种车辆行驶平顺性的测试评估是安全技术检验的重要环节之一,平顺性的优劣直接关系到乘员的舒适度和车载导弹武器的安全与精度.针对特种车辆行驶平顺性评价,目前还没有建立相关评估指标体系,主要依靠经验判断或定性分析,缺乏测试评估手段.通过对振动信号的实时采集和分析处理,构建实用性较好的导弹特种车辆平顺性测试系统,实现特种车辆行驶平顺性的在线监测与评估.最后通过实车道路试验验证了系统的有效性和可靠性.

Design of Riding Comfort Measurement System for Missile Special Vehicle
Abstract:Detection and evaluation of missile special vehicle riding comfort is an important part of vehicle safety and technical inspection,riding comfort performance will be directly related to occupant amenity and safety & precision of vehicle missile weapon system.Directed toward riding comfort evaluation of special vehicle,the corresponding evaluation index system has not been established nowadays,and the evaluation mainly depends on empirical judgment or qualitative analysis under the background of lacking measurement and evaluation path.The highly practicable missile special vehicle riding comfort measuring system is developed through real-time acquisition and analysis processing,and the on-line monitoring and evaluation of riding comfort are achieved.Finally,the validity and reliability of the measuring system are verified by road test.
