一种高增益交错并联正反激变换器

摘    要:传统的交错并联boost变换器升压增益很小,电压应力却很高。因此,提出了一种适用于可再生能源系统(光伏系统)的高电压增益变换器,利用电压乘法器模块(由开关电容和耦合电感组成)来提高升压增益的;分析了电路的工作模态,推导了升压增益和电压应力,并计算了传导损耗和效率;比较系统性能后,根据不同的性能指标针对该应用领域进行分析;最后通过实验样机实验证明了理论说法的正确性,结果证明该拓扑结构能够实现高达97.1%的转换效率。

Abstract:A novel high step-up converter has a low step-up gain but the current stress of it is very high.A conventional interleaved boost converter obtains high step-up gain is proposed.It is through a voltage multiplier module composed of switched capacitors and coupled inductors to achieve a high step-up gain .The configuration of the proposed converter not only reduces the current stress but also constrains the input current ripple,which decreases the conduction losses and lengthens the lifetime of the input source. Hence, large voltage spikes across the main switches are alleviated,and the efficiency is improved. After comparing the performance of the system, according to the different performance for the application domain is analyzed. The efficiency rank to 97.1%Finally, the prototype circuit is operated to verify its performance.
