摘    要:自动转换开关是为了确保重要用电设备可以得到可靠持续供电的重要电气装置。利用虚拟样机技术,在ADAMS中建立自动转换开关操作机构的动力学模型,并对其合分闸过程进行动态仿真、优化设计,从而得到了有效减小电磁铁驱动力的方法。

Abstract:Automatic transfer switching equipment(ATSE) is an important part that can supply persistent current for key electrical equipments.Based on virtual prototype technology,a dynamic model of operation mechanism for ATSE was established with ADAMS software,and then the process of ATSE open or close was simulated and optimized.A new method to reduce the operation force of the electromagnet effectively was supplied in this research.
