小康社会初期的中国住宅建设

作者在论述小康社会初期的人居特征、住宅与房地产市场逐步走向成熟、把握好政策取向至关重要三个观点 后,着重阐述了住宅建设需要着力研究或解决的５个问题,即：１．准确把握住宅建设的宏观定位;２．注重居住形态的调查研 究;３．提倡“精密设计”,突出经济与适用;４．抓住基本问题加快推进住宅产业现代化;５．鼓励立意创新,创造具有地区特色和 时代精神的住宅建筑。

Domestic Housing Construction at An Early Stage of Well-to-do Society

The author points out three viewpoints: the characteristics of human habitation at an early stage of well-to-do soci-ety; the housing and real estate market are gradually tending towards ripe; well handling the direction of policy is most important. Then emphatically expounds five subjects which need to be studied or resolved in housing construction: 1. Accurately handle the macroscopic orientation for housing construction; 2. Lay stress on the investigation on the pattern of habitation; 3. Advocate "precise design", emphasize the principle of being economical and applicable; 4. Grasp the basic problems, speed up to promote the modernization of housing industry; 5. Encourage innovating and creating housing building full of local flavor and ethos of the times.
