摘    要:针对自动导引小车(AGV)的工作要求,设计了具有多路电磁信号识别功能的电路.导引检测模块通过将检测的磁场强度变化转化为电压信号的变化,进而差动调节机器人的运动姿态,使传感器始终处于电磁场平衡状态,机器人沿预定轨道运行.上位机与装置控制系统之间的通信采用无线传输技术.主要对模拟电路部分进行了研究和仿真.实验结果表明,本系统具有较好的实时性和导航精度.

Abstract:For meeting the working requirement of Automatic Guided Vehicles(AGV),this paper designed a multi-channel electromagnetic-guided circuit,by which the different channel electromagnetic signals could be identified.The circuit consists of the amplifier circuit,the frequency-selective filter circuit and the rectifier circuit.This paper put emphasis on the research and simulation of the analog circuit.Experimental results show that the system has good real-time performance and navigation accuracy.
