摘    要:介绍了对12种候选氨催化分解催化剂筛选实验的结果,其中Ni-3催化剂具有最高的反应活性、一定的耐硫性能和长的使用寿命,是所选最优的催化剂。动力学研究表明,在580-630℃的温度区间内,反应为化学反应控制;在630-700℃的温度区间内,反应以扩散影响为主;在700℃以上的温度区间内,反应主要受平衡的影响

Abstract:In this article,12 candidate catalysts for ammonia catalytic decomposition have been screened.Of them, Ni-3 catalyst was the most excellent catalyst because of its highest activity, anti-sulfur property and long life. Further kinetic researches exhibited that the reaction rate is controlled by chemical reaction within the reaction temperature 580630 , seriously effected by diffusion within 630700 ,and above 700 , influenced by reaction equilibrium to great degree.
