D-山梨醇和n(OH-)/n(Zn2+)对氧化锌形貌的影响

摘    要:以Zn(NO3 )2·6H2O和NaOH为主要原料,在水热 180℃条件下制备了ZnO,并用扫描电镜观察了不同n(OH- ) /n(Zn2+ )时D 山梨醇添加与否对ZnO的形貌的影响。结果表明,在n(OH- ) /n(Zn2+ ) =2且不加D 山梨醇时,ZnO为球形颗粒,大小较为均一,加入与Zn2+等摩尔的D 山梨醇时,ZnO仍为球形颗粒,但大小分布不均;当n(D 山梨醇) /n(Zn2+ ) =2时,ZnO颗粒主要表现为梭形;在n(OH- ) /n(Zn2+ ) =4且不加D 山梨醇时,ZnO为薄片状;随着D 山梨醇的加入,ZnO有聚集的倾向,表现为形成由薄片组成的球状物;在n(OH- ) /n(Zn2+ ) =8时,D 山梨醇添加与否所得产物都是由纳米级棒状ZnO组成的不同大小的花状体,但不加D 山梨醇时的ZnO棒直径相差较大。文章还对ZnO形貌变化进行了简单讨论。

Abstract:Zinc oxide is fabricated under 180 ℃ hydrothermal conditions with Zn(NO_3)_2·6H_2O and NaOH,and the morphology of ZnO obtained is observed through scanning electronic microscope(SEM).The SEM images show that when n(OH~-)/n(Zn~(2+)) is 2 without D-sorbitol,the ZnO are uniform spheres,while they remain spheres but less uniform when D-sorbitol in moles equal to Zn~(2+) is added,but they become shuttles when twice amount of D-sorbitol is added.When n(OH~-)/n(Zn~(2+)) is 4 without D-sorbitol,the ZnO are thin sheets,and they gather together to form spheres as D-sorbitol is added.When n(OH~-)/n(Zn~(2+)) is 8,the products are all flower-like spheres consisting of ZnO nanorods,but the diameters of the ZnO rods without D-sorbitol are non-uniform.The morphology change of ZnO is discussed briefly.
