涤锦复合纤维的收缩行为研究

摘    要:对并列型和皮芯型涤锦复合纤维的干热收缩行为进行了较为详细的研究 ,根据简单并列模型推导出复合纤维的收缩行为表达方程 ,研究结果显示两种复合形式的涤锦复合丝的干热收缩率介于组成组分收缩率之间 ,与复合纤维的组成组分特性、复合形式等因素有关 ,其收缩行为能较好地符合并列模型方程

Abstract:The shrinkage behavior of side-by-side and skin-core PET/PA66 composite yarns was studied in detail, and a shrinkage equation of composite yarns was deduced according to the simple side-by-side model. The results showed that the value of shrinkage ratio of PET/PA66 composite yarn was between those of single PA66 and PET yarns and was related to the character of component and the composite method. The shrinkage behavior of PET/PA66 composite yarn coincides with the shrinkage equation of side-by-side model well.
