缓倾斜矿体采场顶板维护的试验研究

摘    要:辽宁金凤黄金矿业有限责任公司采用全面采矿法开采,采场顶板常发生塌方冒顶,通过采矿方法试验,对采场顶板维护方法进行了系统研究。文中应用材料力学,推导了计算顶板最大允许跨度的公式,提出了矿柱设计新方法,同时对锚杆支护参数进行了计算。实践证明,该矿柱设计方法简便可行,采用矿柱—锚杆联合支护适用于缓倾斜矿体的开采。

Abstract:Accidents of headboard caving are often encountered when full-face mining method is used in Liaoning Jinfeng Gold Industry Co.,Ltd. Upon studying the mining technique,the technicians systematically researched headboard-maintaining method. Based onmaterial mechanics,the paper presents a formula calculating the maximum span of headboard,proposes a newmethod of orepillar design,and calculate the parameters of belting. Practice showed that the orepillar design method is simple but practical and can be used to mine slightly inclined orebody that is braced with orepillar-belt.
