硬质合金和聚晶金刚石电火花加工用微能脉冲电源的研究

摘    要:针对微细制造领域里微细铣刀制备困难的问题,探讨了微铣刀常用材料硬质合金、聚晶金刚石(PCD)的电火花加工机理,分析了微能脉冲电源的实现途径,并设计开发出了满足微细加工用的微能脉冲电源.

Abstract:Aiming at the preparation difficulties of micro milling cutter,this paper discusses the EDM mechanism of tungsten carbide and PCD,analyzes the realization approach of micro-pulse power supply,and finally developed a micro pulse power supply to meet the requirement of machining micro milling cutter.
