双滚子型动吸振器对倾斜振动系的减振研究(理论计算)

摘    要:建立了附加双滚子动吸振器时的弹簧-质量-阻尼倾斜振动系的力学模型,并分析了系统的振动特性.双滚子型动吸振器中,一个滚子是参数励振型,而另一个滚子是共振型.这样的构造和配置使动吸振器在倾斜角度小的时候,参数励振型滚子动作;在倾斜角度大的时候,共振型滚子动作.由此,动吸振器在倾斜振动系的任何倾斜角度下都能减振.理论分析和数值计算结果表明,采用双滚子型动吸振器对倾斜振动系的减振效果明显.

Abstract:The vibration of a spring-mass-damper tilted vibration system with two rollers moved around the circle track on the mass under excitation is investigated. The dynamic vibration absorber used in the system is composed of a parametrically exciting type roller and a resonance type roller. It is expected that the parametrically exciting type roller operates when the tilted angle of the system is small and the resonance type roller operates when the tilted angle is big, so that the vibration of the tilted vibration system can be suppressed automatically at any tilted angle. The results of calculation show that the vibration suppression of the tilted vibration system can be realized by using the dynamic vibration absorber. Based on the numerical analysis, the characteristics of vibration suppression of the absorber are clarified.
