| 摘 要： | 简述了水溶性聚氨酯浆材的堵漏机理 ,讨论了影响凝胶时间的因素 ,浆液浓度、温度、介质的pH值、加水量、乳液加量对凝胶时间的影响并不显著 .所选择的 2种缓凝剂HN - 1,HN - 2可在 5～ 30min内调节凝胶时间 .此外 ,还考查了缓凝剂对凝胶的抗渗性能和机械性能及加水量对粘度的影响

| Abstract: | The stop leaking mechanism of water soluble polyurethane grouting is briefly introduced The factors of influence on gelation time are discussed The influences of grouting concentration,temperature,pH value, water content,emulsion content on gelation time are not apparent The two elected delay gelation agents HN-1 and HN-2 could control gelation time from 5 to 30 min The influence of delay gelation agents on proof permeability ,mechanics properties is examined |
