一种蜡防印染废水处理工艺的设计及运行

摘    要:根据蜡防印染废水的水质特性,采用"生产废水分流预处理+微电解+水解酸化+接触氧化+活性炭过滤"的工艺处理技术。运行结果表明:对于处理成分复杂,含有大量蜡质、色度高、波动大、难降解组分变化大的蜡防印染废水,该工艺具有处理效果稳定、操作方便等特点,出水水质稳定且优于"太湖区域城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要污染物排放限值"。

Abstract:Aiming at the quality characteristics of wax printing and dyeing wastewater,a process called " production wastewater processing by Micro-electrolysis +shunt pretreatment hydrolytic acidification and contact oxidation and activated carbon filtration" technology was used in this paper.Operating results showed that for the treatment of complex composition,containing a large number of waxy,high chroma,fluctuation,refractory composition changes of wax resist printing and dyeing wastewater,the process had stable treatment effect,convenient operation and other characteristics,and stable effluent quality,and was superior to the" major pollutants emission limits forTaihu urban sewage treatment plants and key industries ".
